Our approach is transparent and inclusive. Our clients can have as much or as little involvement as they like, as we are happy to work as a team, or take the workload and stress if required. We can negotiate either a fixed fee or percentage based on construction costs. By using this approach, we can immediately become involved in your project, and be working with you from the start to help save money and fast track projects.

Depending on the size, scope, and municipal requirements, we can either put your plans together with the assistance of our mechanical/electrical contractors saving you costs. Or, we can refer you to one of our preferred designer/architects that can complete your space planning.
